I’m one of those people who love to save money, so all the holiday sales happening now is grabbing my attention.
But, there there is another big “sale” going on when it comes to Medicare.
We are currently in Medicare’s Open Enrollment, which closes on December 7th, and this is your last chance to save money in 2020 when it comes to your medications.
Since October, we have been busy reviewing our client’s plans and making many cost-saving changes to their Part D plans. On average, we have saved each client over $500, which is the biggest savings we’ve seen in years!
We found that the factors driving these savings are:
- Wide range of medication costs
- Costs of inhalers
- Certain blood pressure medications
- The costliest medications
There are two key things:
1) Make sure that you review your Medicare Part D drug plan every year once you join Medicare. These plans don’t have insurability rules, so that you can change every year.
2) If you are already on Medicare or know someone who is, make sure that they are reviewing their plan right now to save money.
If you don’t make the necessary changes, you may face costly changes to your medications, and you will be stuck until 2021.
Here’s the good news. You still have time, and we can help you.
Our $300 full service “done-for-you” program is sold out, but we offer a guided program called the Money Saving Annual Review for $47. This program will provide a step-by-step process to find the best Part D plan for 2020 in under 30 minutes.
To learn more or to sign up for the guided Money Saving Annual Review, please send us an email at coach@mymedicarecoach.com, and we can help you get started.
