The ten step process for First Timers-New to Medicare:
(The Medicare Coach will:)

  1. Guide you through the entire enrollment process.
  2. Recommend options based on current health status.
  3. Protect guaranteed insurability option by using Traditional Medicare model.
  4. Find insurance carriers who offer competitive premiums.
  5. Enroll you in the plans selected.
  6. Track your enrollment process beginning to end.
  7. Verify your effective date of coverage.
  8. Monitor your plan during first year of coverage.
  9. Offer you an annual review of your plan.
  10. Provide an on-going communication link through the TEAM PLAYER program.

Current Medicare Beneficiaries who want to keep their existing plan:

  1. Provide bi-weekly e-mail alerts regarding issues that affect your benefits, rule changes, and post articles and information tips on our blog site that you can share with family and friends.
  2. Allow you direct access to the “Coaches Corner” where you can meet with the Coach and ask questions relating to senior issues that are important to you.
  3. Offer you an annual review of your plan during Part D open enrollment in November-December.

Age 70+ Medicare Beneficiaries who are eligible for the High Deductible move:

  1. Review existing Medicare Supplement plan.
  2. Pre-qualify to determine insurable status.
  3. Provide bi-weekly e-mail alerts regarding issues that affect your benefits, rule changes, articles and information tips posted on our blog site that you can share with family and friends.
  4. Allow you direct access to the “Coaches Corner” where you can meet with the Coach and ask questions relating to senior issues that are important to you.
  5. Offer you an annual review of your plan during Part D open enrollment in November-December.
